Universal Orlando Resort is building a new, fourth, theme park to be called Universal's Epic Universe

Lennar Homes has a new project being built entitled Storey Drive Resort. The mixed use development will include 157 single family vacation homes, condos and townhomes, multiple lakes, a community clubhouse with a resort style pool, lazy river, restaurant and water park.

Over on Turkey Lake Road, Bayfront Sand Lake Apartments are being constructed. They are 4-story, 376 units, 16.5 acre multi-family, luxury residential apartments that sit lakefront. Expected completed is TBA.
